How It Works
Yoga is a form of physical and mental activity consisting mainly of postures, often connected by flowing sequences, sometimes accompanied by breathing exercises, and frequently ending with relaxation lying down or meditation.
A total body check in, combining so many elements of fitness - strength, balance and flexibility. It helps to relief back pain, heart conditions, stress and it brings boost of energy and better mood into your ever day.
